Nahuatl Codus 2

The commodity-discriminate-hospital
on purpose a backing of the
commodity-segregate-economic-system.

A champion, a prized artifice of war,
the ruler-commodity-hierarchal
of the only-thing-holy
commodity-segregate-system.

The commodity-sad-emotions and
commodity-bored&tired-spending
keep you in check,
not thinking outside of your
commodity-place-where-they-need-to-be-kept-those-people.

What Never Stops

Grandmother is going shopping
for things in Costco®.

Palenque is in Costco®,
Mexico and Italy as well
are also in Costco®.

The days do not end.

Appointment With Directors

Chase the hills in Mexico,

followed the tones of your skin into shadows,

by the morning the sun was there

all eyes were open
and the beaches bartered eternity,

I reached for a tortilla.

The moss and mold hid, then fell apart
underneath
the eyes of the onward looking directors of Universe.

Afternoon cascaded down your legs
dribble dribble
and my head feels so good,
I smell the old plants,

let me eat the oranges in a still room,
god damnit, I am like an old man.

For You, Not Others – Americanism Software Export

The job was one of journalism,
where real resides,
behind the scenes kind of things,
more real than what you’d consider real,
fixing hot dogs or making sloppy joes.
No,
it is real.
What is real?
Who’s the realest?
Aren’t you more real than the next one.
Look over your shoulder.
See that deal,
it reflects light more than for others,
for you, not others.
Certain places are more real than others.
Los Angeles or New York City for example,
yes, they’re more real.
For real?
For real.
The pain you feel is justified most
but the presence is not that you feel pain.
Being so real, there’s not a lot that others perceive
in you.
You’re real.
The job was one of journalism,
where real does for real most really reside.
I would definitely like to touch you,
but I don’t think it’s possible,
you’re untouchable,
in control,
don’t become out of control,
stay real,
you are the real deal.

The Efficacy Of Tourist

The toilet in Cairo did not work.
The toilet in Seattle did work.

The water stains in the toilet bowl.

The toilet in Mexico City did not work.
The toilet in Chicago did work.

The towels were complimentary.

Complimentary.

The toilet in Calcutta did not work.
The toilet in New York City did work.

The rose colored soap did smell.
The rose colored soap could not be found anywhere.

Children were included in the price.
Children were not included in the price.

The toilet in Gaza did not work.
The toilet in Miami did work.

There were new people included in the price,
beautiful women to jack off to on TV.

The toilet in Kingston did not work.

New Luxury Apartments

For hundreds of millions of years
the cliffs above the South San Gabriel River
stood with white rocks, tallgrass, and
old curled oak trees.

But coming this fall
NEW LUXURY APARTMENTS
will replace all that
with engineers with halitosis
who design military weaponry
for the largest employer in the county,
play video games,
watch sports at chain sports bars,
buy seventy inch TVs,
vacation on cruises,
and eat lots of cereal and bulk bags of
beef jerky from Costco
to perfect a certain stale fecal scent
on their breath
that soon the beige sheetrock walls
of the NEW LUXURY APARTMENTS
will have the pleasure of absorbing.

This poem is a demonstration of
economics, our high-aiming economics,
our prized freedom,
or specifically, what is known as
the fecal economy.

When I Am White

When I’m a white person
I go on vacation
where I pet horses.

These are the horses the locals use
to plow their crops.

I think they’re beautiful and special.

Both, the locals and their horses.

For a moment,
I remember the color of the beige walls
back in our living room
and how we need to update
the light fixtures.

Girl Raised On Olive Oil

I’m
hooking up
with a girl
raised on
olive oil.
She asked me
if the stones
at her feet
I had cast.

She
must
mistake me
for a
civil engineer
of the Roman Army,
but
I prefer
to remain
shy.
I was never proud
of my
conquering heritage.

Who cast
the obsidian
of her pupils?
I am
proud
of them.

Who poured
the water
that sweats
from her feet?

A Coy And Playful

My blood stomps harder on the jade wine,
I go to work on assembly lines,
I sing the song “O Capitalism”,
to make it with your daughter
in fashionable penance.

I forged a ring from my blood slime,
stopped what I eat to get the thin shine.
My calcium was low, protein wasn’t right.
Can I dip into your machine,
Master God?

Possess what you can in your real lives.
Eat value meals, or eat dikes.
Cows in the field chew the utter ripe,
Los Estados Unidos essay kinda neato.
